Indiana University, Office of the Vice President for Capital Planning and Facilities, would like to invite your firm to submit information regarding your qualification to develop a clear understanding for the development of an Indiana University School of Medicine (IUSM) research facility strategy and plan. As the Indiana University School of Medicine embarks on the construction of the new Medical Education and Research Building adjacent to IU Health's new Downtown Hospital, it is essential to review current operations and develop a clear understanding of the scope of research services, facilities, client requirements and relevant points of integration within the School and with IU Health and other partners needed to achieve our vision and strategic goals.
