Please see RFP and supporting documents for detailed information All questions must be submitted through Planet Bids. SCV Water will not respond to questions received via email or telephone. Last day to submit RFP questions 12:00 pm pst 4/14/2022 Anticipated start date Jun/Jul 2022 Anticipated completion date Jun/Jul 2026 The terms of this RFP are for two (2) years with up to three (3) one-year renewable extensions at the discretion of the Agency and approved by Proposer SCV Water reserves the right, before the award of the Contract, to modify the scope of this Request for Proposals (RFP) and may adjust the pricing from any Proposer if any such change in scope occurs. The Agency additionally reserves the right to select no Proposer and reject all proposals. SCV Water reserves the right to determine the timeliness of all applications submitted. SCV Water reserves the right to reject all proposals.
