Failure to execute/sign proposal prior to submittal shall render proposal invalid and it WILL BE REJECTED. Late Proposals will not be accepted. The Guilford County Board of Education seeks to select individuals or firms experienced in the design of public- school facilities to provide Architectural/Engineering services for proposed schools within the new $1.7B capital bond program. This will could include assignment to (21) new construction and/or replacement schools, (12) full renovations schools, and priority repairs, maintenance, safety & security/technology improvements, and district support spaces. Selection/Award of architectural/engineering firm(s) is contingent upon the passage of the 2022 $1.7B Capital Bond program targeted for May 17, 2022. This RFQ is comprised of the base proposal document, any attachments, and any addenda released before contract award. All attachments and addenda released for this RFQ in advance of any Contract award are incorporated herein by reference. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFQ and any addenda issued hereto. PROPOSAL QUESTIONS: Upon review of the RFQ documents, vendors may have questions to clarify or interpret the RFQ to submit the best proposal possible.
