CLARK BOARD OF EDUCATION FOR CUSTODIAL/CLEANING SERVICES is hereby given that The Board assumes no responsibility for bids that are improperly mailed or misdirected. All bidders must use and complete all Bid forms and must comply with every requirement contained in the instructions and specifications. All Contractor communications concerning this information request including interpretations of the specifications must be directed via email pvizzuso@clarkschools.org no later than 12:00 p.m. on April 19, 2022 to the Business Administrator, who is the only authorized contact person for the IFB. Any contact or lobbying regarding this IFB with any elected, appointed official or employee of the School District or Borough other than the Business Administrator can and will result in disqualification. Any oral communications will be considered unofficial and nonbinding on the School District. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The Clark Board of Education reserves the right to waive any and all guidelines and requirements herein and to reject any and all Bids in accordance with the Public School Contracts Law. No Bid shall be deemed accepted until the adoption of a formal resolution by the Clark Board of Education. Bidding shall be in conformance with all applicable federal, state and municipal laws including the Public School Contracts Law of the State of New Jersey N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-3 1 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
