The Vallée-du-Richelieu intermunicipal security board is requesting bids for the construction of a new fire station located at 700 boulevard Yvon-L'Heureux in Beloeil. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn on a chartered bank, or a bid bond issued by an insurance company in the amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total bid, issued on behalf of the Vallée-du-Richelieu intermunicipal fire safety board (RISIVR). This bond is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of opening of tenders. In addition, the tender must be accompanied by a letter issued by an insurance company, guaranteeing the issuance in favor of the Régie intermunicipale de sécurité feu de la Vallée-du-Richelieu of a performance bond and a bond for labour, materials and subcontractors, each for a value of fifty percent (50%) of the tender.
