The District is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified design professionals to provide Design and Construction Management Services for the Quail Treatment Plant to Cottam Wells Pumpstations and Pipeline Project(procurement item). The project will consist of approx.. 15,000 ft of 24 Dia. Pipe, two booster pumpstations and a small buffer/holding tank. The following contains information relating to the procurement item required and describes the criteria and selection process the District will use to select a design professional and negotiate a satisfactory contract at a price fair and reasonable to the District.
