Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in South Middleton Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

As of June 3, 2022, the project has been awarded to Pennsy Supply for $213,949.80. For the following: 1. Alexander Springs Road - widening & paving Adams Road - pave light leveling course 3. S. Middlesex Road - pave leveling course 4. Holly Hills Development - milling & paving. Each bid submission must be accompanied by. a certified check or hid bond in the amount of ten percent l0%) of the bid amount payable to South Middleton Township. A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the hid amount shall be submitted by, the awardee(s) after execution of the contrac as well as a Workers Compensation Certificate. The deposits of bidders other than the one(s) to whom the contracts is (are) awarded. will be returned immediately after execution of the contract. All projects to be completed as noted on individual proposals. Said bids will be awarded at the Board of Supervisors meeting on Ma 12. 2022 at 6:00 pm. prevailiru.,1 time. South Middleton Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to readvertise and accept any proposal deemed to be most favorable to the interests of South Middleton Township. These projects are subject to Prevailing Wage Act and Regulations. The contractor will be charged $200,00 per working. day until project is completed if not completed by said date.
