The scope of work consists of removal or repair of existing roofing material as specified, preparation of roof surface, and installation of new roofing materials to five (5) existing buildings at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport. The estimated cost of construction is between $275,000 and $350,000. To be eligible for award, bidders must possess a valid State of Hawaii, Specialty Contractors "C-42" Roofing Contractor license at the time of bidding. The Equal Employment Opportunity Regulations of the Secretary of Labor implementing Executive Order 11246, as amended, shall be complied with on this project. The U.S. Department of Transportation Regulation entitled "Nondiscrimination in Federally-Assisted Programs of the U.S. Department of Transportation," Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Part 21 is applicable to this project.
