White Baked Enamel Finish 3. 2 inch thick Polystyrene Insulation, 4. New flashing between patio/mobile home and carport/mobile home, 5. New plumbing vent stacks and vent covers with new flashing and seals, 6. Paint pipes and vents to best match roof, 7. Replace skylight in hallway, 8. Reinstall owners roof mounted units as necessary. 2) Provide minimum five (5) year labor warranty and ten (10) year minimum manufacturer's material warranty. 3) ATTENTION HOMEOWNER: Contractor is NOT responsible for reinstallation of roof mounted dish type television receivers, you will need to coordinate the reinstallation and associated costs with your service provider
