Online Q&A : Yes Q&A Deadline : 04/26/2022 3:00 PM (PDT) 1. INSTALL NEW ROLL-IN SHOWER PAN AND SHOWER SURROUND i. Shower pan to be larger than existing shower footprint to accommodate wheelchair use in shower. 1) Install Prefabricated Shower Pan in existing shower location. (Material Cost Allowance - "MCA" $1500) 2) SHOWER WALLS: "FlexStone" or similar (MCA $1500) 3) SHOWER VALVE: Owner Selected with shower wand. (MCA $250) 4) DOOR TO BEDROOM: Relocate to accommodate shower pan installation. 5) PLUMBING: Include moving plumbing supply and drain lines to Owner Approved locations. 6) FLOORING: Install waterproof flooring (MCA $4 SF) with waterproof underlayment. ii. Include all finish work, floor and wall repair, patch, paint etc. 2. INSTALL NEW FAN, DUCT AND ELECTRIC i. Install new Humidity Sensing bathroom fan, venting and electric. ii. ENERGY STAR - Medium Quality - Quiet Operation iii. Vented to the exterior through the roof. Include flashing at roof and reinstallation of roofing material. iv. Include all necessary wiring. v. (Material Cost Allowance $150)
