Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Provo, Utah. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Provo City Corporation (Public Works) is seeking the qualifications and proposal of an architectural consultant team to provide the following services: full complement of architectural design services, preparation of construction bid documents, assisting in the selection of the contractor and construction management of the project. The project design will consist of approximately 20,000 square feet of sign shop, office space, and approximately 20,000 square feet of covered parking, to be enclosed in the future, for snow plows, street sweepers, and other large equipment. The proposed building should be two levels and include the following: offices, meeting rooms, sign shop (separate entrance and exit), storage, break room, restrooms, and other mechanical rooms as needed.
