Cleaning and janitorial services including building cleaning services and window cleaning services and interior plant landscaping services and air duct cleaning and floor waxing or carpet cleaning Refuse disposal and treatment including hazard waste disposal and non-hazardous waste disposal and refuse treatment, also garbage refuse recycling cans and containers The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract, with a qualified contractor to provide: Janitorial services at the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) Washington County Offices, located at 5340 West 200 South, Hurricane UT, 84737. There are seven work office areas, two conference rooms, & two bathrooms on the main floor in the Administration building. Additionally, the upstairs includes two offices, an exercise room, two shower rooms, a bathroom, and a hallway/stairway. The maintenance facilities include one office, one training room, and one bathroom. The first construction office includes two offices, five work stations, one conference room, one kitchen, one bathroom, reception area and hallways. The second construction office includes five office areas, one bathroom, one utility closet, one kitchen/reception area, and one copy area. The Materials lab includes one bathroom, and two office areas. The square footage of all facilities is approximately 7,000 sq. ft.
