Box 267, Gadsden, Alabama, 35902. All bidders must use our bid form and show on the envelope the bid number, name of project (purpose), and opening date. Any bid received after the opening date and time will not be considered. If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this bid, a written addendum will be provided to all bidders.
