Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Longmont, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The primary work to be performed under this contract includes storm drainage improvements at Kimbark Street and 11th Avenue in Longmont, CO. Construction includes, but is not limited to: mobilization; coordination with the property owners in project area, removal of pavements and concrete curb and gutter; installation of new pavement, sidewalk and curb and gutter; storm sewer, manhole, inlets, striping; protecting public and private utilities, irrigation and landscaping improvements as needed; erosion control; and site cleanup as required in the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall supply all superintendence, labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents. Minimum Qualifications: Contractor must have completed at least 3 projects of similar scope and complexity within the last 5 years.
