Site work and paving for a road / highway in Oak Ridge, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond are required in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the Contract and upon the payment in full to all persons supplying labor and furnishing materials for and in connection with the construction of the project. The Town of Oak Ridge reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. The Owner also reserves the right to increase or diminish the quantities or items given in the Proposal and to award Contracts which appear to be in the best interest of the Town.
