As of 11/16/2022, this project was canceled. Clark Clinics Facility Renewal Project (FPDC-222257): MD Anderson is proposing to renew the infrastructure systems for the Clark Clinic buildings as part of a planned facility renewal strategy. The scope of this project is to include upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing and information technology systems allowing the buildings to remain operational for the next 12-15 years. Lutheran Pavilion Facility Renewal Project (FPDC-222258): MD Anderson is proposing to renew the Lutheran Pavilion building's infrastructure as part of a planned facility renewal strategy to align with the timing for constructing a new inpatient bed tower. The scope of this project is to include upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing and information technology systems, allowing the building to remain operational for the next 12-15 years CONSTRUCTION MANAGER'S BUDGET LIMITATION: Owner has established a Construction Manager's Budget Limitation ("CMBL") in the amount of: Twenty-Six Million, Three Hundred Thousand Dollars and No/100 ($26,300,000.00), which includes the PreConstruction Phase Fee and the anticipated Guaranteed Maximum Price. Respondent shall seek clarifications and interpretations by submitting questions inside the SciQuest platform (Q&A Board). All such RFIs shall be submitted by 10/31/2022, 4 pm CST.
