Urgent Remediation at the Frank Hagel Federal Building in Richmond, CA. The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Extend the solicitation due date to 12:00pm EST on 04/22/2022. 2. Add a site visit at 10am PT on 4/20/2022. See below for information on how to attend the site visit. Site Visit: We strongly encourage all offerors to inspect the site where services are to be performed to satisfy themselves regarding the general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after award. We invite interested vendors to attend a site inspection on April 20, 2022 at 10:00am PT. If you are interested in attending, please email Shannon Wade at Shannon.Wade@ssa.gov no later than April 19, 2022 with the name and title of the company representative attending (limit of 2 persons per business concern). We will provide additional site visit information (i.e. precise location, security information, directions, etc.) via email only to the list of interested vendors who properly notify the Contracting Officer of their intent to attend the site visit. For security reasons, individuals not on this list will not be granted access to the facility. This will be the only site visit scheduled. Photography or recording of any type is not permitted during the site visit. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. End of Amendment.
