For rehabilitation and/or repaving designated city street, regrading existing ditches, extending existing ditches to improve drainage and replacement of existing driveway culverts and driveways, under GLO CDBG-DR Contract No. 19-076-021-6371 * This Project includes widening of asphalt paving of vatious streets within the City of Patton Village, along with drainage improvement (regarding ditches). Bids are invited for several items and quantities of work as follows: 1. Approximately 213,320 S.F. of Asphalt Paving Resurfacing & Repair of damaged section of Streets by Hurricane with appropriate base and subgrade 2. Approximately 2,280 L.F. of 18-inch to 24-inch RCP. 3. Approximately 20,385 L.F. of Open Ditch regrading of existing Ditches and installation of extended roadside ditches for appropriate runoff continuation. A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid [for those contracts that exceed $100,000). A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Patton Village, Texas or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. The project to be constructed will be financed with assistance from the General Land Office (GLO) under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) program and is subject to all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations.
