Qualified state licensed general contractors are invited to participate in the bidding phase for the residential rehabilitation projects through the First Tennessee Development District Substantial Rehabilitation of Three (3) Homes under the Johnson City Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. The Cities of Bluff City and Johnson City, Tennessee, the Northeast Tennessee / Virginia HOME Consortium and the First Tennessee Development District are Equal Opportunity Employers and urge the participation of minority and female contractors. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
