Killeen ISD is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide multi point viewing camera and video systems for the District's high school gymnasiums and stadiums as outlined in the specifications attribute within this RFP. This contract will be effective on or around May 1, 2022 through April 30, 2023. and will automatically be extended for four (4) years in one (1) year increments unless either party provides notice not to extend 90 days prior to extension date. The District, through its duly authorized constituted officials, reserves the right to accept any offer in its entirety or in part, any offer deemed most advantageous to the Killeen Independent School District and to waive any formalities in bidding.
