Renovation of a laboratory facility in Montreal, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
Phased upgrades, repairs and major renovations to the owner's facilities. The scope of the project includes upgrades to the office space in two main buildings in Montreal (4045 Blvd. Cote-Vertu Ouest Saint-Laurent, QC H4R 2W7) and Quebec (1070 Ave des Sciences-de-la-Vie, Quebec City, Quebec G1V 5C3). TIMELINE: Process of the Request for proposals from mechanical and electrical engineering professional consulting firms to complete the project design and construction work surveillance has closed. The owner is finalizing the project scope and selecting professional consultants. Award of a design team is anticipated in early summer 2022. Schedules of further project development will be finalized after design consultants award. Further update at that time. Note: The total floor area of the buildings is ± 180,000 sq. ft. in Montreal (88,000 sq. ft. of offices) and ± 80,000 sq. ft. in Quebec (30,000 sq. ft. of offices).
