Scope ; Service Lines, Watermain Repairs, Water Distribution System Maintenance 1. Directional flushing of watermains. 2. Exercise and flush Fire Hydrants annually spread over 4 quarters. 3. Exercise mainline, hydrant and branch valves to include painting of valve box Page 2 cover and triangle at edge of asphalt annually spread over 4 quarters. 4. Inspection of air relief valves for leaks and damage semi-annually, painting the cover and a circle at the edge of asphalt.
