The project consists of carrying out all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes: -Removal of all roof components (flashings, counter-flashings, gravel, membrane, electrical wiring and roof drain strainers); -The removal and preservation of the existing steel ladder installed on the roof; - The replacement of electromechanical devices identified in the plans and specifications; - Disposal of the material removed from authorized recycling and scrap sites; -The enhancement of electromechanical devices identified in the plans and specifications; -The installation of a new membrane, new counter flashings and flashings required. The work will be carried out in a three (3) storey building comprising 30 apartments. The apartments will be occupied during the works. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
