Scope of Work Bidder shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to provide landscape maintenance services described in the Bid Documents, including but not limited to: Turf Mowing, Edging and Fertilizing (Town will supply fertilizer) Pruning Trees Weeding, Cleaning and Trimming Groundcover and Shrubs Trash Collection and Disposal The Bid Schedule lists the various services, their frequency, and units for payment. Term is through June 30, 2023. By mutual agreement the contract can be extended for four "one-year" renewals based on the contractor's successful performance. Prevailing Wage:Contractor shall comply with State Prevailing Wage requirements. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids; to waive irregularities of information in any bid; and/or take any steps determined prudent in order to resolve the protest. The Town may waive any insignificant defect or informality in any offer or Bid procedure; reject any or all offers or re-issue the bid. The Town reserves the right to obtain clarification from the Contractor when necessary to arrive at full and complete understanding of Bid Response.
