Reference number : 1594408 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-04-25 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope SUPPLY OF GRANULAR MATERIALS The Municipality of Beaulac-Garthby plans to carry out reloading work on municipal roads in the summer of 2022, so it is requesting tenders for the supply of granular materials. The transport of materials acquired is not included in the bid. The conditions of this call for tenders are contained in the documents attached to this letter of invitation. Like all municipalities in Quebec, the Municipality of Beaulac-Garthby had to adopt a contract management policy that applies to this contract. In particular, all submissions must be accompanied by the declaration attached hereto, duly completed and signed before a commissioner for oaths. APPENDIX D describes, for information, who can act as a commissioner for oaths in Quebec. The Municipality of Beaulac-Garthby does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received, without incurring any obligation or cost of any kind towards the tenderer(s).
