This solicitation is for a contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment to install a full size 400 meter asphalt running track on the existing soccer field at Glendale Middle School, 1430 W. Andrew Ave., Salt Lake City, Utah in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions contained herein. The Q&A period will end on April 27, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. Any change to this procurement effort shall be made by addendum issued by the Salt Lake City School District (SLCSD). Only authorized and properly issued addenda is considered the official position of the SLCSD. Liquidated damages in the amount of $500 per calendar day past the date of completion are applicable to this project. Contractor shall have an active E100, B100 or S260 contractor license to be awarded a contract for this project. Bidder must submit with the bid a copy of their current contractor's license, including a statement of licensure limits. If bidder has requested an increase of monetary licensure limits, a copy of the request must also be included. By submitting a bid, the Bidder acknowledges that he/she has examined, read and familiarized him/herself with the requirements of the bid documents and the conditions governing the work.
