The University of Utah Facilities Management is soliciting the services of qualified firms/individuals to perform design services for the following project: Project Description The University of Utah is seeking qualified and visionary firms/Individuals to complete an initial feasibility study and programming, followed by full design services, for a project to remodel and renovate an area of the Biology Building (#84) into a modern vivarium. The scope includes an evaluation of the existing building systems in order to determine adequacy to support the new vivarium The selection shall be under the Value-Based Selection method. The Solicitation for Architects / Engineers document, including the submittal requirements and the selection criteria and schedule, will be available on BidSync.
