Renovation of a municipal facility in Grande Prairie, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 20,519-square-foot municipal facility.
Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 Supply and installation of eighteen (18) sectional, insulated overhead doors located around the building's perimeter. Existing door panels are six panels high with one window panel, metal clad with Stryofoam insulation. Replacement doors are to be equivalent or better in operational requirements. .2 Include all hardware required for installation and operation. .3 Four of the eighteen doors are electrically and chain operated and the remaining fourteen doors are chain operated. Electrically operated doors utilize Doorlec model EHJ 86- 36580. .4 Existing doors and hardware to be removed and discarded from site. Tender has been cancelled.
