Pursuant to the Complaints Management Policy in connection with the awarding of a contract available on the City's website under the tab http://www.shawinigan.ca/Affaires/Appels-d-offres , the deadline for receiving complaints is April 25, 2022. Only qualified bidders, under the Qualification Policy in the awarding of construction contracts of the City of Shawinigan, at the time the contract is awarded will be considered by the council. The City of Shawinigan does not undertake to accept the lowest of the tenders or any of the tenders received and assumes no obligation of any kind whatsoever towards the tenderer(s). Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
