Manhole Rehabilitation, Street/Road Intersection Construction and Repair, Street/Road Concrete Repair, Street/Road Pavement Marking, Street/Road Asphalt Resurfacing and Milling, Utility Street Construction and Excavation, ADA Curb Ramps, Alley (Resurfacing or Reconstruction), Curbs, Landscaping, Traffic Control/Flagging Manhole Rehabilitation, Street/Road Intersection Construction and Repair, Street/Road Concrete Repair, Street/Road Pavement Marking, Street/Road Asphalt Resurfacing and Milling, Utility Street Construction and Excavation, ADA Curb Ramps, Alley (Resurfacing or Reconstruction), Curbs, Landscaping, Traffic Control/Flagging IDOT CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY - a current Illinois Department of Transportation Certificate of Eligibility for categories 003 (Hot-Mix Asphalt (HMA) Plant Mix) or 005 (HMA Paving); as well as 032 (Cold Milling, Planing and Rotomillling) must be submitted to Susan Bus, Purchasing Manager at slb@vniles.com in order to obtain the password to Download the Bid Documents. MUST COMPLY WITH AMENDED ILLINOIS PREVAILING WAGE ACT, 820 ILCS 130/.02 et seq. MUST COMPLY WITH EMPLOYMENT OF ILLINOIS WORKERS ON PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 30 ILCS 570/0.01 et seq.
