This Negotiated Request for Proposal (the "NRFP") is an invitation by Kwantlen Polytechnic University (the "University") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for NRFP2906 Data Cabling Services, as further described in Section A of the NRFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The Proponent is to supply and deliver to the University all necessary labour, equipment and materials, and all other relevant services necessary for the performance of the work required for Information Technology ("IT") data cabling installation and services at any University campuses on an as, if, and when requested basis. The services listed below in accordance with current industry standards, and practices: (a) Installation of fibre and copper data cables in existing buildings and facilities; (b) Troubleshooting services for both new and existing data cabling; (c) Planning and design work for fibre and copper data cables in existing and new facilities; and (d) General renovations.
