Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Inglewood, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Removal and replacement of approximately 400 LF of sanitary sewer gravity main, manhole, and appurtenances. Removal and replacement of approximately 1331 SY of concrete paving. Substantial Completion: Contractor shall pay Owner $500 for each day that expires after the time (as duly adjusted pursuant to the Contract) specified above for Substantial Completion, until the Work is substantially complete. 2. Completion of Remaining Work: After Substantial Completion, if Contractor shall neglect, refuse, orfail to complete the remaining Work within the Contract Times(as duly adjusted pursuant to the Contract) for completion and readinessforfinal payment, Contractorshall pay Owner $250 for each day that expires after such time until the Work is completed and ready for final payment
