Renovation of an educational facility in Solon, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Solon Community School District AHU Improvements Lakeview Elementary is refurbishing in place their Air Handling Unit due to space constraints to replace it. Refreshment will include but not limited to replacing all vibration isolators, fan axel bearings, equipment duct flexible connectors, replace pneumatic with digital controls, replacing control dampers adding VFD and replacing condensing unit, and other related Work indicated in the Drawings and Specifications. All work to be completed before classes resume in the Fall of 2022.
