The Adelanto Elementary School District is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide construction/project management services up to and through completion of various District projects, including the District's pool renovation project. Adelanto Elementary School District ("District") is seeking responses to its Request for Proposals ("RFP") for Construction/Project Managers. As a result of the solicitation, the District intends enter into a contract with a firm for the District's upcoming pool renovation project. The District also reserves the right to establish a pool of qualified consultants and contract with respondent firms for future District projects if desirable. The District reserves the right to contract with any entity responding to this RFP. This RFP is neither a formal request for bids, nor an offer by the District to contract with any party responding to this RFP. This RFP does not commit the District to select any firm and the District makes no representation that participation in the RFP process will lead to an award of contract or any consideration whatsoever. It is at the sole discretion of the District to award a contract for the services or no contract at all. The award of the contract(s) is subject to approval of the Adelanto Elementary School District's Board of Trustees. The District reserves the right to add additional firms for consideration after receipt of submissions in response to this RFP if it is found to be in the best interest of the District.
