The estimated quantities as indicated above and on the Bid Schedule are inserted only for the purpose of determining the low bidder. \ Project is to be substantially complete on, or before, September 16, 2022. \ The Contract letting shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 62.15, 66.0901. of the Wisconsin Statutes. \ All bidders must file a "Bidders Qualification Statement" with the Owner on or before 10:00 AM on Friday, April 20, 2022, unless already submitted to St. Francis for 2022. \ Bids shall be submitted on the electronic Bid Form provided through QuestCDN. All blanks must be filled in for the bid to be accepted. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days from the date of the bid opening.
