As of June 16, 2023, construction has been completed. Construction took place between June 1, 2022 and August 30, 2022. Repairs to the Ashford Trail. No bid bond is required at time of bid submittal. All questions must be submitted within the Pierce County website, under the Clarifications Tab not later than 4:00 PM, Wednesday, April 27, 2022. Bidders must be registered in the website in order to submit questions. Instructions for Pierce County website. Oral explanations, interpretations, or instructions given by anyone before award of a contract will not be binding on the County. 5% Retainage will be held for the full contract period; Contract Bond will be required for the full amount of the contract. Bid security is not required for Small Works Projects.
