CST, Wednesday, April 20, 2022 The University of Texas at San Antonio is seeking a qualified supplier for Project to Prep and Paint Student Union exposed Decking and Steel Supports - SU 1.02 and 2.02 Main Building, where bookstore is located. The Project site and location is at the main campus of UTSA, One UTSA Circle, San Antonio, Texas, 78249. 2.1 Ceiling decking is approximately 8,836 square feet, interior and exterior supports are less clear - we believe interior is around 2,524 sf for all of the green metal, 15 purple truss approximately 30' x 4' and 8 truss approximately 60.5' x 4'. Additionally, there are supports for a bridge that is 29' wide x 3'6" tall that would be included in this work. Exterior green structural metal is approximately 2,784SF. There are also 2 downspouts that are about 27' tall and 8" wide. 2.2 Color - all green metal (inside and out) will be painted one color (TBD), and ceiling and purple truss will be painted one color (TBD).
