This RISO will be from approximately May 22, 2022 to May 21, 2023. Four (4) one-year option periods will also be included. This requirement is subject to the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for Supplier Personnel. Failure to complete and provide the COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement Certification as part of the offer will render the offer non-responsive.
