Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hudson Oaks, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

As of October 6, 2022, the project has not been awarded as the City of Hudson Oaks had decided to not pursue the project at this time. The project is not expected to be rebid. VA Hudson Oaks Multimodal Trail project consisting of a shared-use trail, cross walks, signage, drainage infrastructure, and roadway improvements. The work under this contract includes furnishing all labor, tools, material, and equipment, and for performing all work necessary for construction of: a shared-used path and associated drainage infrastructure improvements. Work also includes the installation of shared-use path, cross walks, signage, safety improvements, drainage improvements, roadway improvements, and any other work deemed necessary by the City of Hudson Oaks. All of the above shall be done in accordance with NCTCOG specifications, with the City of Hudson Oaks Addenda and as per instructions of the OWNER. All construction sequencing and barricading will be done according to the City of Hudson Oaks Standards and Details and TxDOT's Manual for Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), unless work occurs within TxDOT ROW, in which case TxDOT standards will apply.
