As of June 13, 2022 This project was awarded to Argio Roofing & Construction, LLC and Sea-Breeze Roofing, Inc. but awarded amount is not available. Pearland ISD is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals for the roof replacement at Silverlake Elementary, Silvercrest Elementary and Carleston Elementary C Wing. The intention of this CSP is to solicit proposals for roof replacement at Silverlake Elementary, Silvercrest Elementary and Carleston Elementary C Wing for Pearland ISD. Pearland ISD is utilizing the Request for Proposals (CSP) method for the procurement of this service in accordance with Texas Education Code Section 44.031 Purchasing of Contracts, Item (2) Competitive Sealed Proposals.
