This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the City of Kamloops (the "City") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the provision of Traffic Signs, Supplies and Materials, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The City requires a Supplier for the provision of Traffic Signs, Supplies and Materials (Goods) with a historical annual value of approximately seventy thousand dollars ($70,000.00). At any time the actual worth is subject to change and unforeseen developments can result in an increase or decrease. The term of the contract is to be for a period of three (3) years, with two (2) options in favour of the City to extend the contract on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to one (1) year per option.
