In accordance with the provisions of Texas Government Code 2156.063, Solicitation of Bids, Texas Government Code 2165.001, Custodianship of State Property and the Rules and Procedures adopted by the Texas Facilities Commission (TFC), TFC is seeking bids for one (1) Turnkey 300kW Portable Generator to be delivered to TFC Parking Garage R Warehouse, 1706 San Jacinto Blvd. Austin, TX 78701. This product shall be ordered within 5 business days after award and would prefer delivery by June 30, 2022; At a minimum, delivery shall be made within number of calendar days specified below or a penalty of $100.00 per day past promised date shall incurred by awarded bidder. STATEMENT OF WORK: Provide all materials, equipment, labor, coordination and supervisory activities necessary to provide the following: 300kW Portable Generator with fuel skid tank: Generator shall include the following options: Voltage Selection Switch: 3 Phase, 120/208 VAC and 277/480 VAC Diesel Engine Generator shall be equipped with sound dampening enclosure for quite operation (Less than 70 dB) Block Heater 16 x 50 Ft. 4/0 Cables and accessories to allow connection of generator to buildings for backup power or load bank testing. 400 Gallon Fuel Tank Generator shall include all necessary equipment, parts, and accessories to allow for continuous operation. Include all manuals, training materials, and specifications in digital format. Generator and Skid Fuel Tank shall be mounted to Steel Trailer. Trailer shall include the following options: Trailer shall meet all minimum TXDOT requirements and TX DMV Requirements. Trailer shall be outfitted with Power Brakes 2 3/4' Ball or pintle hitch system, Type Mounting Hitch 7-way Towing Wire Harness Include hardware for stationary standalone setup of generator Dual or Triple Axel Trailer Equipment, Service Requirements and Methods, and Installation shall meet all applicable NEC / NFPA standards Payment will not be approved until after delivery, inspection, and startup of generator. Vendor shall coordinate delivery and startup with TFC Contact one (1) week before delivery. All equipment must be new and include all product information. Used or refurbished equipment will not be accepted by TFC. Delivery shall be during business hours. Regular business hours are 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
