Completed plans call for site work for a parking garage; for the remodel of a 154,556-square-foot, two-story above grade medical facility; and for the construction of a 99,924-square-foot, two-story above grade parking garage.
The project includes the renovation of an existing building for a Health Clinic and the new construction of a parking garage. As of January 9, 2023, building permits are pending through the City of Omaha. The owner is currently working through the feasibility study and financing options. While a firm construction timeline has not yet been determined, construction is not expected to begin prior to the second quarter of 2023. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
