Salisbury Street, Raleigh, NC 27601 on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at 1:30 pm. *Addendum 1-3 have been issued. The Work consists of a new one-story public safety building with 3 apparatus bays, 2 maintenance bays, and EMS office spaces. 1. The Work includes a concrete slab on grade structural steel, masonry bearing walls, steel joists, steel trusses, and metal deck roof framing. The exterior consists some masonry and fiber cement siding with storefront windows and prefinished standing seam metal roof. 2. The project also includes a fire sprinkler system for fire protection. 3. Interior finishes include a combination of gypsum wallboard on metal studs or furring hannels and painted block walls. Acoustical and gypsum board ceilings. Floors finishes include vinyl composition tile, carpet, porcelain tile.
