The Scope of Work Includes: Patching, Leveling and Resurfacing Improvements Robby Revels Road (0.52 Miles) Leveling and Resurfacing Improvements to Clements Chapel Road (1.68 Miles) Patching, Leveling, and Spot Resurfacing to Warwick Road (1.2 Miles) All proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in favor of Turner County in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the lump sum bid for the complete work: such Bid Bond representing that the Bidder, if awarded a Contract, will promptly enter into a Contract and furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bonds as provided by the law and approved by the Attorney for Turner County. Performance Bond shall be equal to 100 Percent (100%) of the contract amount and Payment Bond shall be equal to 100 percent (100%) of the Contract amount. All work on the project must be completed within 90 consecutive calendar days of date work begins. Contractors shall submit all questions in writing to Mark Dill via email or fax.
