The Wichita VAMC is seeking a general contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, qualified supervision, and other items designated in this contract in accordance with the specifications and drawings to complete Project # 589A7-21-702: EHRM Training and Admin Support Space at the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center. The Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas is renovating approximately 12,000 square feet on the ground level of Building 61 for Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Training and Support Space. The project scope for this area will include updating the interior wall and floor finishes, replacement of the existing ceilings, and replacement of all existing ceiling-mounted fixtures and equipment. The majority of the existing non-load bearing walls in this area will be demolished to reconfigure the area for administrative testing, training, and classroom activities. In addition to the renovation of space within Building 61, a lot located on the northeast side of the campus will be developed for new temporary trailers, which will provide administrative support services.
