Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in Lakeway, Texas. Completed plans call civil work for a water / sewer project.
The Project generally consists of a new effluent storage tank, pump station, piping, and associated site, electrical and instrumentation improvements adjacent to and connecting to the existing Flintrock WWTP, and approximately 5,300 lf of off-site 12 effluent line. The Engineer s estimate for this Project is $6,000,000. The prospective bidder s attention is directed to the Bid Documents where detailed instruction and provisions are contained concerning bidding requirements, bonds, insurance, and other Project requirements. As outlined in the Instructions to Bidders, bids must be accompanied by an acceptable bid security payable to the Owner equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. . The CONTRACTOR shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, machinery, tools, materials, utilities, temporary facilities, and other needed items for the execution and completion of this Contract, where it is not specifically provided that the OWNER will furnish them. The CONTRACTOR is responsible for the protection, care, and conservation of all supplied items on any part of the Work until the OWNER has issued Final Acceptance of the Work.
