Charlotte Water facilities, which include wastewater treatment plants (WWTP), water treatment plants (WTP), and large regional and/or submersible Lift Stations, require industrial-grade electrical services. The Company shall provide industrial electrical maintenance and repair services for Charlotte Water's facilities. Each Company is solely responsible for the timely delivery of their Proposal. Companies accept all risks of late delivery regardless of fault. In addition, Companies accept all risks if file is corrupted, incorrect, incomplete, or not attached. Any Proposal received after the date and time specified, regardless of the mode of delivery, shall not be considered. The Procurement Officer will confirm receipt of Proposals to all Companies via email within 24 hours of the Proposal deadline. RFP questions must be directed to Ryan Lingholm, Procurement Division
