Reference number : 1593360 Review Title : Road maintenance in winter 2022-2027 - TNO Routhierville Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-04-25 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The MRC de La Matapédia, owner, wishes to obtain bids in a sealed envelope to retain the services of a general contractor to perform winter road maintenance. The project consists of carrying out all the tasks inherent in snow removal, de-icing and other winter maintenance work on the roads of the unorganized territories (TNO) of Routhierville in the MRC of La Matapédia. The works cover approximately 14 km of roads and streets in the TNO Routhierville and 2.7 km on the territory of the municipality of Sainte-Florence. The contract is for a period of 5 years. Any person or company must obtain the tender documents and specifications through the electronic tendering system at website. The MRC does not undertake to accept the lowest tender or any of the tenders received or opened, nor to pay any fees. It undertakes no obligation of any kind towards the tenderer(s). This call for tenders is subject to the MRC's contract management policy. The Contract Management Policy can be found at the following address. : http://www.mrcmatapedia.qc.ca/documentation-politiques.html Bid Bond 10% is required. Performance and Material Bond 50% is required.
