Installation of Ultra-Thin Bonded Wearing Course, Gradation B, SRL-H (approximately 4,750 square yards).The successful bidder is required to pay fees established by PennBid equal to 1/3% of the awarded bid total. Bids must be made on forms furnished by the Borough (via portal) and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, issued by a Surety licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the amount of at least (10%) of the total price bid made payable to the Borough; Anti-Collusion Affidavit; Workman's Compensation Affidavit; and Public Works Employment Verification Act (E-Verify Program) certification. Bidder must be PennDOT prequalified as a Prime Contractor for all bid items, and a copy of prequalification must be included with all bids. All information must be submitted via the portal Program. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Insurance; Performance, Payment Bonds each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price; with a corporate surety licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and approved by the Borough, in accordance with bid specifications.
